Shipping

The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

As soon as your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition.

A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returned items. This fee is waived for returns of defective products or items sent as a result of our error. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

First, please email us at sales@dbrooks.com to request a Return Authorization Form. Once you have the form, please mail the item(s) back to us, along with the completed form and a copy of your original receipt. Returns will not be accepted without this form.

If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and include photos. We will file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement. If an item is missing from your order, please let us know within 48 hours for immediate resolution.

Warranty

Yes, all of our products are covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures. It does not cover issues arising from normal wear, improper installation, or misuse.

All warranty claims must be submitted within one year of the purchase date. The process is the same as a return: please contact us at sales@dbrooks.com to get started.
