This kit refers to the 8 ′′ Chimney Conversion Adapter Kit (p/n 6757), a Type HT listed, factory-built component for older Classic furnaces with a square chimney box . It allows these older units to use the standard 8 ′′ Chimney Extension (p/n 10508) . This part is needed as an adapter for square chimney box models prior to s/n 28876 .
