The FireStar II Controller (p/n 2000321−SP) is the designated replacement control unit for E-Classic IR models, identifiable by its green on black face plate . This controller should not be used as a replacement for E−Classic 2300 models and explicitly does not operate the dual fuel burner . For some earlier models, a separate Wiring Kit (p/n 2500023) is necessary to enable monitoring of the bypass door and gas-fired wood ignition .
