This 8″ Chimney Snaplock Clamp (p/n 10509) is intended for use with the 8″ stainless steel chimney sections currently shipped with various E-Classic models and is only for outdoor applications . It should not be used when connecting to the Chimney Extension (p/n 6500002); instead, the 8″ Chimney Band Clamp Kit (p/n 4518) must be used for those joints . This clamp is necessary to secure sections in the stainless steel chimney system, which has been standard since serial numbers E100299 on the E-CL 1400 and E17856 on the E-CL 2300 .
