Shipping Policy

We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within 1-2 business days.

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $99 shipping within the United States.
  • Standard Shipping: For all orders under $99, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
  • Shipping Area: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor its delivery.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition, unless there is a defect with the manufacturer.
  • Return Exceptions: Items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange. These exceptions will be detailed in their listings.

How to Make a Return

  1. Request Authorization: To initiate a return, please email us at sales@dbrooks.com to request a refund and receive your Return Authorization Form. Returns will not be accepted without this form.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Please complete the Return Authorization form and include it in your package along with a copy of your original receipt.
  3. Mail Your Return: Mail your item(s), completed form, and receipt to the following address:

Refunds & Fees

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to your refund for all returned items.
  • Fee Exception: The restocking fee will be waived for returns of defective parts or items sent as a result of our error.
  • Shipping Charges: Please note that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: Contact us immediately with photos – we’ll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement
  • Lost Packages: We’ll work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and provide updates
  • Missing Items: If part of your order is missing, contact us within 48 hours for immediate resolution

Warranty

All products are covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Includes: Manufacturing defects and material failures
  • Excludes: Normal wear, improper installation, or misuse
  • Claims: Items must be returned within one year of purchase date
